Signal Mountain Middle High School Choruses

Signal Mountain Middle and High School has five choirs- Sixth Grade Chorus, Seventh Grade Chorus, Eighth Grade Chorus, Concert Choir (grades 9-12), and Ensemble (9-12). Students perform throughout the year including two culminating concerts at the end of each semester. If you would like more information about the choruses at SMMHS please feel free to contact Mrs. Wiram.

All-East Honor Choir Participants

Congratulations to the Middle School and High School participants in the Tennessee All-East Honor Choir at Clayton Center for the Performing Arts at Maryville College in Maryville, Tennessee. SMMHS had four high school students attend this year’s honor choir!

Congratulations to the SMMHS Concert Choir, the SMMHS 8th Grade Chorus, and the SMMHS 7th Grade Chorus for your Excellent rating in performance at your Concert Assessments.
We are especially proud of all three choirs for making the highest score, Superior, in the sight-singing component of the assessment! Wow!!

UTC Choral Festival

Thank you to UTC for inviting the SMMHS Concert Choir to participate in the UTC Choral Festival. We were honored to share the stage with the choirs of Dade County High School, Heritage High School, and the various ensembles of UTC. The highlight of the evening was singing masterworks by Mozart and Beethoven with the UTC Strings!
